Slide decks and handouts are made accessible to our attendees via our conference app. If you wish for your materials to be included, you must provide them using the Dropbox link below by the new extended deadline of February 25 at 5pm.

Only PDF files are accepted. Please convert all files (even PowerPoints) to PDF before uploading.

IMPORTANT: Please name your files with your session title ONLY. If you have multiple files, add a number to the file name, for example, "Amazing Session 1", "Amazing Session 2", etc. Because sessions in our app are listed by the session title and not the presenter name, this naming convention is essential to make sure we connect the right session with the right files.

Breakout rooms will be set classroom style and can seat up to 120 participants.

Breakout rooms are equipped with:

• Projector
• Screen
• HDMI Cable
• Wifi

Presenters need to bring their presentations on their own laptop or tablet with HDMI connectivity.

Presenters are required to bring their slide decks/presentations on their own laptop or tablet. We encourage you to check your connection prior to the scheduled time of your session.
